Funnily enough, I tend to the opposite view: I find interwiki links
(some of which are actually just external links typed with a shortcut
- e.g. [[Wiki:WikiHistory]], [[acronym:FUBAR]], [[Google:wibble]]) are
too hard to distinguish from internal links, because they *don't* have
an icon, and the colour difference is rather subtle. But I guess
that's a matter of personal preference (although a clearer distinction
between inter-mediawiki links and other links entered using interwiki
syntax might be sensible)
