there is also a local version:

(thus assuming that Malaysia uses the same as Singapore, and Macau uses the same as Hong Kong)
These are obviously far more complete.
I think it might be a good idea to have a bot which can find conversion markers in all articles, tally them, and then have someone decide which might be good to add to the conversion table. A proper name such as the one mentioned here is not a one-time conversion, it obviously needs to be converted in every article where that person is mentioned. It makes sense to gather those things that are being converted by manual editing and see whether we might add them to the list.

If you look at the source of that page, you'll see that the custom conversion is defined within the text, like this: -{A|zh-hans:ɶ;zh-hk:ö;zh-hant:_{}- The A| marker means that it will apply from that point in the text till the end. Some variants fallback to others, e.g. zh-tw will use the zh-hant variant if zh-tw is not explicitely defined..
Alright, then it means it is not auto converted by dictionary in fact.
So what are the normal practices (or rationale) in updating the conversion table?
Such as I found them in the file: mediawiki/includes/ZhConversion.php
"l"=>"˺ķ" (David Beckham) "ߊW"=>"˶ŷ", (Micheal Owen)
To normal users, Ronaldo is even more important and should be placed in the table?
Thanks.
