Given how long this took i would propose a refund and
a quick order to
another vendor. And as much ram as possible, cpu on suda is mostly idle
with the disk doing substantial i/o.
I agree with Gabriel. Moreover, we should order the replacement *now*, as
we do still have more than enough money in the bank, and resolve the
issues with Penguin Computing over the next few weeks.
