Hi Ivan,
thanx for your answer.
I now have downloaded lucene.net-1.4.3.final-002-22Feb05.bin.zip from http://www.dotlucene.net/.
Unfortunately there is no docu how to connect dotlucene to my wiki powered by mediawiki. Could you or anyone else who reads this, help me to get mediawiki 1.5rc4 and dotlucene up and runnning?
Greetings Markus

where do i get the c# version of lucene search?
Does WikiPedia also use this c# version?
Yes. By the way, the preferred capitalization of Wikipedia is titlecase
- only W in uppercase.
Why is WikiPedia using version 1.6alpha of the mediawiki engine?

Where can this engine version be obtained?

If you're uncomfortable with CVS, you can get a nightly tarball of the entire MediaWiki CVSROOT here:
