Yesterday, I forwarded several emails. To two different lists. And none of the mails got through. I have to go dig up in the OTRS system to forward them again. I am pissed off. We are using a totally unreliable system and there is no way to know when a email was transmitted and when it was not.

No one answered this, so I'll reply with an empirical test. I'm replying twice, once with and once without an attachment. This reply has an attachment.
