Nice to know it exits. I wasn't able
to test it yet though: login is required and currently the
matching action lead to a 502 Bad Gateway, as far as I'm
concerned.

Due to the heavy load on the server, it seems like the service workers went down, We restarted the server manually and now hoping that things came to normal. Thanks for reporting, we will plan to increase our server capacity for our future needs :-)
If the tool doesn't work for you again, please feel free to create a ticket in the phabricator and tag #videocuttool to the same so we shall see how we can resolve them.
