TL;DR: Reduce number of fields in our BugZilla.
Simplify access to search filters.

I'm convinced all other fields can be done without and removing them will
improve the workflow of the developers and the Bugmeister. Including, but not
limited to:
- Platform (Hardware/OS)
I agree on platform. As an example, I decided to take a look at
the bugs set with Platform = HP this morning.
There were 31 bugs with this platform set. Most had the OS set
to Windows, so what they really meant as the platform is a PC
(HP in this case refers to HP servers/mainframes). Several more
were definitely bugs that applied to All platforms. There were only
about 3 or 4 that were actually applying to HP-specific hardware
issues that weren't PCs. Since this value seems to be so unused
(and largely misused), I recategorized these 31 bugs and deleted
HP from the platform field.
A small victory, I suppose.

Wut, there are MediaWiki installations runing on HP-UX? And we have
developers equipped to work on bugs for that platform?
