The criticism that you are receiving is that you didn't specify *which* log tables in your email. It turns out you meant the replicas in Toolforge, but your original message was so vague that it could easily have been indicating a problem in the Beta Cluster or on the production wikis.
In general, it's best to say explicitly what you're talking about instead of assuming people will somehow know it.
