Uploading of unrecognized file formats was blocked several weeks ago to prevent some browser exploits. Are there any plans to fine-tune this policy? Wikipedia contains a file, wikipedia-mode.el (an Emacs major mode for editing wikipedia articles) that I would like to update, but I can't do so with the block in place.
