Hi guys,
some time ago the '!' parser function was added in MediaWiki to replace the homonym template. However, the latter still exists on lots of WMF wikis.
I've come up with a rough tool to help identifying the wikis on which it's still on use and the ones on which it can be safely deleted. I've already made the server purge the link cache for almost all of them.
But please don't use bots to nominate all those for speedy deletion, only handle wikis you're familiar with ;-)
And don't forget to get the documentation page deleted too!
