Hi everyone, 

This Friday January 22, there will be a discussion on improving user experience as per Movement Strategy recommendation 2 - initiatives 9 and 11.

In the preparation for implementing the recommendations in 2021, improving user experience emerged as a top priority for many communities, affiliates and groups (see priorities). This was further solidified as a top priority during the November Global Conversations. 

The aim of this week's discussion is to bring together interested affiliates, communities, and teams from the Wikimedia Foundation to plan concrete next steps. The aim is to create a draft implementation plan to experiment and collaborate on in the next year. We will be building on great discussions that took place in December.
