We can enable all of the newly-translated wikis in about two weeks. I'll let you all know via this list when we pick an exact date. :) 

Normally we could just do this next week right away, but there is a freeze on new software deployments since one day is a holiday in the U.S. and there are two days where many people will be at the MediaWiki architecture summit.
