- added missing el.wikivoyage, up to 14 projects
- fixed timestamp display of wikivoyages
- reactivated updates via old method to fix wikisite and other updates
- added new mw version 1.22wmf12 to goodversions
- deleted all old wikisites because it had tons of broken ones, and reimported
  fresh from http://www.wiki.co.il/active-wiki-en.html (active wikis)
- started runs of wikisite and wikkii , but they were so slooow.. recheck now though
