Personally, I think on-wiki discussion is best, but it's pretty hard to
keep up to date with it. That's changing, with the new discussion tools,
but it seems that in general it's discouraging to most people. I quite
like Telegram (despite it being closed and silo'd), so long as it's
assumed to be ephemeral and immediate.
