I restarted the service. It's probably related to an incident on toollabs
yesterday after a backup and a problem of communication between me and
a tool labs admin leading to some lost of data, they will be restored in
the next few days.

hocr is a service used by https://wikisource.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Hocr.js
It's down actually waiting for restoration of the data files. All this jobs
precompute word position in a scan then the javascript request these data.
