When I posted a warning about a faulty scan of a page into Google books, the mistake has been fixed in a very brief time; so feedbacks seem considered carefully.
My opinion is that wikisource should open something like "institutional channels" with any website sharing our "sources", and inform them as soon as possible of current proofreading works concerning their work (thanking too them for sharing!). On the contrary, I'm alwais a little embarrassed, when I delete Google prefaces, just before uploading djvu files into Commons. :-(
