Hello Wikisource, GLAM, and Libraries enthusiasts,

Greetings from the Wikimedia Foundation's Culture and Heritage team. We're excited to invite you to join the Wikisource Loves Manuscripts Learning Partners Network! The Wikisource Loves Manuscripts project aims to foster collaboration among communities interested in digitizing and transcribing manuscripts on Wikimedia platforms (Wikimedia Commons and Wikisource) but also to support the creation of Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR) models using the newly introduced Transkribus engine in Wikimedia OCR.

The official launch of the network is scheduled for September 2023, and this is your last opportunity to be part of the first cohort. Take advantage of this chance to be a part of WiLMa Learning Partners Network and contribute to digitisation efforts alongside like-minded individuals.

To ensure the program meets your needs, we kindly request your participation in our Needs Assessment survey. Please take your time and fill out the survey on or before 2 August 2023. Your valuable insights will help us tailor our support and resources effectively. Join now and be a vital part of this inspiring journey to safeguard cultural heritage for future generations. You can access the survey via this linkhttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdQdiMuD2qcsz0yaa6130-6D8bzYYSGYlTSvBTzDgHqD5SSWg/viewform

This survey will be conducted via a third-party service, which may subject it to additional terms. For more information on privacy and data handling, see the survey privacy statement:
