Remember that our previous Wikisource-related IEG helped creating a Wikisource Community User Group (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikisource_Community_User_Group)

which of course is *ours* and you can use :-)

Moreover, if it helps, "copy" our pages (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:IEG/Elaborate_Wikisource_strategic_vision):

we put great care in doing our reports, and they were appreciated.
