It's now time to start organizing the conference:

go to the Chapters you contacted earlier, as we need to have as many people possible with the Scholarship.

Soon enough we'll start working with the WMF for international scholarships.

For Wikidata, it's a big transversal subject. We need at least an introduction presentation on Friday for everyone to know what we're talking about and having (roughly) the same level of knowledge.
