In our case the license is http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/  which is compatible with wikisource license.


The question raised by some wikians are, even though license is compatible, whether we are violating any non-license related policy of wikisource by accepting this source text.

None of his novels are on there as they are CC with NonCommercial
clauses, but one talk is even though it probably hasn't been published
in any formal sense.
