Since months there was a link to this very small digital collection
available in the large link list of Wikisource:

http://de.wikisource.org/wiki/Digitale_Sammlungen#Czech_Digital_Mathematics_Library_.28DML-CZ.29_.28Tschechische_Republik.29

This is a list of digital collections worldwide with at least one
scanned PD book in the German language. I am sure this list is helpful
for other projects too because there are many digital collections with
English or French texts listed. It would be nice to know links to
lacking collections.
