Thanks, Andrea!I'm not sure Zvi from Hebrew Wikisource is subscribed to this list, but after discussion with him, I've added a session on the unique aspects of Hebrew Wikisource to the Friday program:Cheers,A.On Mon, Nov 16, 2015 at 7:56 AM, Andrea Zanni <zanni.andrea84@gmail.com> wrote:_______________________________________________Also, I'm quite sure that at the end of morning and afternoon there will be time for short presentations /lightning talks, as we have plenty of time.I would be best to show a big Wikisource, like English or French, but please feel free to propose yourself. Is anyone available to make a Wikisource introduction? An update.Ilario unfortunately won't be in Wien, and so we have *at least* one free spot:

If you don't speak, engage or participate, there will be nothing to do :-)Let me know if someone wants to say/present/tell us something. Also, we will have a room for the geeks, if they want to hack :-DFeel free to give us feebacks and suggestions.AubreyOn Sat, Nov 14, 2015 at 10:28 PM, Andrea Zanni <zanni.andrea84@gmail.com> wrote:I hope this sounds like a plan for you, because for me it is :-PI think we should give some room for "free" presentations, i hope it to be an informal but effective environment :-)* Slowking4* Ernest* VIGNERON* Ilarioand we have only two confirmed presentation (Tpt and Van den Borre), while people who were available to present need to confirm. Still, I prefer do send this message asap.
I'm organizing the program for Friday morning,If you want, put yourself in the schedule here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikisource_Community_User_Group/Wikisource_Conference_2015/ProgramIf you find a spot and want to present, put it there and send a mail on this list.It would be nice for someone to give also a 30 minutes presentation explaining Wikisource to everyone who could not be an expert in the room: Friday we will likely have visitors from GLAMs.
As for Saturday and Sunday, if there are no discording opinions, we are going to have the main discussion about Wikisource identity in the main room. We'll also have a facilitator, to help us draw some conclusion, which will be definitely written on Sunday morning.
We are not planning to have a separated "Wikisource and Wikidata" discussion in the other room, not if someone steps on to lead it, and if we don't hear from people saying they absolutely want it.
We want to give everyone the chance to participate in the "identity" conversation (it's really important, as you know), but if a group wants to cope with the Wikidata issue, there will be a room available, and a whole day to discuss as well. In that case, on Sunday we will have time to close both discussions and then show each other the results.Hoe to see you all in Wien.AubreyOn Fri, Nov 13, 2015 at 12:45 PM, Andrea Zanni <zanni.andrea84@gmail.com> wrote:Hi everyone. The conference is close!
We need to confirm the Friday Program, as we are closing the schedule:
people who said they where doing a presentation or a workshop need to state how much time they need, so we can have a real schedule for the day.
So, please, edit this page adding the details here:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikisource_Community_User_Group/Wikisource_Conference_2015/ProgramWe will then format that.
Thank you.If you need me, I'm available for a skype call anytime, at "aubreymcfato".Andrea
