We had a short discussion today, it is great that you want to move the Nepali Wikisource forward!

A good first step would be to evaluate how many members would be interested and then decide if it is necessary to create a subdomain or if you prefer to expand the Nepali section on the multilingual wikisource (probably better for the start-up):

Asaf recommended creating a page about "How to start a new Wikisource", similar to this one created for Wikipedia
