I really hope that the international Wikisource Community can help you with that.

I know that some users of the Esperanto User Group were thinking about asking for a grant for a project involving the creation of an Esperanto Wikisource.

I think it would be awesome if we coordinated somehow: if someone present a project on "how to start a new wikisource", collecting templates and ideas and workflows from all Wikisources,

and then implement one case study with one particular brand new wikisource.

I really hope somebody will do a project like that :-)

Me and Micru can offer suggestions with the Individual Engagement Project, if needed.
