Just write a counter-notice and the book should be back soon (provided that the notice is just cyber-law-bullying and that there is no other underlying issue).

Are some volunteers of Internet Archive lazy to research basic things on copyright as some of the volunteers of Wikimedia Commons?

If anyone is interested, I'll be glad to convert this file to djvu and upload to the Wikimedia Commons using my local copy of ABBYY.
