We have a few requests from francophone Canada and won't be able to provide scholarships for all of them - so perhaps we could try to get those people supported via WMFR?

Wikimédia France is giving scolarship through the micro-financement committee ; it's not limited to french citizens (nor to Wikimédia France members), you just need to be able to write the request in french ;)
