Sorry, I have forgotten to add a very important point:

The Visual Editor on Page: pages is not going to be deployed by default for anybody. It is just going to be a part of the Visual Editor beta feature.

So, no need to disable it, it's currently just an opt-in feature (and it will stay a beta feature as long as there are important bugs).
