Some Wikiquote have more than 5000 articles without interwiki (http://it.wikiquote.org/wiki/Utente:Italoautoma/without_interwiki ), and this is the limit of [[Special:WithoutInterwiki]]. If you need a list of those articles on your wikis I can easily publish it thanks to AnankeBot.
