Continuing from https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikiquote#Why_a_separate_project? I am dreaming of eventually opening a Multilingual Wikiquote to supplement existing Wikiquote domains:
1) A sortable table seems better for widely translated quotes. Now https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/zh:%E5%81%87%E5%B9%A3 (fake money) cannot translate from Chinese, but if opening a Multilingual Wikiquote on Incubator first, I would like to translate these quotes to English if not yet available.
2) Existing Wikiquote domains will remain open with their pre-existing layouts. They may have inbound but not outbound translations.
3) If any language cannot be approved a subdomain, Multilingual Wikiquote will serve it until it has its own home. This is similar to Multilingual Old Wikisource and Beta Wikiversity.
Hopefully I will get some more users to test my thought on Incubator first. Thanks.
