Subject: Lyon Declaration on Access to Information and Development
To: Ganesh Paudel <

Hi Ganesh,
Hope all is well with you!
In relation to our access to knowledge work on Wikipedia Zero, we are in the process on signing the Lyon Declaration on Access to Information and Development (
http://www.lyondeclaration.org/). The Lyon Declaration is a statement to the member states of the UN about empowering development through access to knowledge. I thought that this may be of interest to Wikimedians of Nepal. Wikimedia Italy and Wikimedia UK have already signed the declaration.
Best,
Yana
