As you might be aware that the Software Freedom Day is being celebrated this 20th September across the world. Various open communities in the leadership of FOSS Nepal community are celebrating this event in Nepal as well.

As a prominent stakeholder of open source and open knowledge movement Wikimedians of Nepal is also participating in the event.

The program framework for this year's SFD is slightly changed. We are focusing upon communities enrichment activities. Therefore this event will be an enrich program rather than outreach.

 I request all Wikipedians and Wikimedians to participate in the event with your valuable ideas to plan the future of Free and Open Source ecosystems in Nepal.
