I propose that we add a quick fix...
If the lock is older than 5 minutes, then we can display a link to
action=unlock so that the user can click on it.
If the lock is younger than 5 minutes, we should probably leave it
there because there might be a good reason for it.
Does that sound sensible enough, Cliff?
