hand from my personal copy of that 1911 encyclopedia, and I'd like to
see them try to prove otherwise.
Of course, anyone who does simply cut'n'paste their scano-riddled crap
is making it trivial for them to prove copying....

They can _claim_ anything they like, but they're full of hot
air. Scanning is not "creative expression" protected by
copyright. The 1911 text is public domain--it belongs as
much to you and me as it does to them, regardless of whatever
