I'd like to know if it's possible to have a wiki page converted to MSWord documents or any other file format that would keep the style, font size ,colors , etc... (and vice-versa).
It seems to me that a webtool able to do it in a WYSIWYG way would be nice!
Thanks... Felipe CorrĂȘa da Silva Sanches

With OpenOffice.org you can simply copy'n'paste the wikipedia articles into a doc-file. Didn't try such a thing with MSWord, no windows here.
Much better is PDF, either export via OOo after copy'n'paste or use wiki2pdf at http://wiki.auf-trag.de/

The Mozilla browsers have a feature for wysiwg but it produces HTML which is not want we need for wikipedia.

Nah, too complicated. Just sit down in front of any friggin Mac OS X browser and select File - Print - Save as PDF.

I think he meant a two way street, from .wiki to .doc back to .wiki. I wonder, wondering, if OOo could be used to do that... I wonder... I see scripts floating in my head... Poof!
Better just to stick with wikimarkup...

Hi, I created a dot file (Word template) to convert Word document to WikiSyntax. You can download it from: http://fr.wikipedia.org/upload/d/de/Wikipedia52.dot Sorry help only available in French at: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Macro_Word I don't plane to make the WikiSyntax to Word version but it can be done easily looking at the macros codes. Hope it help.

Way kewl.
You've gotta turn off straight quote/smart quote substitution though, both in "Tools - AutoCorrect - AutoFormat" and in "Tools - AutoCorrect - AutoFormat as you type" (exact feature location depends on your Word version).
NOW I'm seriously considering moving all my stuff to Wiki markup.
