Vincent was willing to make a donation, but could not. PayPal apparently requested an American Express (I do not think many french/Swiss/Belgian people own an american express).
Ideas ?

Surprising !?! I sent money to USA via PayPal last June with a French CB card. No problem for me.

I tried with a Mastercard but if was also impossible! The message was "TEMPLATE [] LOAD FAILED"; apparently because it refuse to accept a belgian zipcode (only 4 digit).
