Whatever color we choose for stubs, it /should/ be a bit ugly. That way contributors will be that much more motivated to fix the sub-500 byte stubs.

Since there is no joking emoticon in your post, I clarify: I didn't mean that the *colour* was ugly in a literal sense, I meant that the *proposal* was ugly in a figurative sense.
