course, they cannot be removed after a lot of such violations.
And if their edits are POV, they can be changed or reverted. But we
should not pre-judge that. One's right to edit on Wikipedia does NOT
depend on the POV that is being held, but on one's willingness and
ability to not let that POV interfere with NPOV editing.
