And re: the previous comment regarding the new logo variants, I think thats a very good way to go-- I suggested a kind of metallic look --"anisotropic shading" sorta deal, maybe. Or just allow people to make some uniform alterations, every week or two... keep it fresh.

Yes, I know some funny shits happened. I dont have time or inclination to read comment except that Im reminded of a line from a old (yeesh) U2 ditty: "...You can hold onto something so tight/ that you've already lost it." As someone with some experience with the mentally ill- I reccommend a change of environment as a usual cure all. Im going to do that now...

Although I never criticized the way the voting was organized, I also had my share of clashes with Erik, and I know he felt like I did criticize his effort. So I'll full-heartedly subscribe to thanking you Erik, and reiterating I never doubted your good faith and success in keeping everything going smoothly during a rather controversial and busy voting session.
