It sounds like the issue here is how, exactly, a Wikipedia approval
process should be designed. We've discussed that on
but we didn't come to any conclusions.
Isn't it possible to have a finalized, working PHP Wikipedia before we
decide this and code it? Seems to me that would be a good idea...
