How might we progress this?
Draft such a page/define such a redirect to an existing resource and
file a bug on
bugzilla.wikimedia.org, Wikimedia>General.
How can we set up other "top level" pages,
such as /contact and /accessibility ?
Are those standards? They look very ugly.
