Hmm, this pretty much doubled what I said in the other substub mailing
thread. I believe these substub bots are not doing a very good work,
it's better to let the usual contributors work on. It's quality that
counts, not quantity. A pedia isn't of better quality with 50000
substubs, than 500 good articles.

I agree with Slavik on all counts - adding tens of thousands of articles to a small
wikipedia just because you can is of no real value. A handful of people are never going
to get through a fraction of that quantity of articles in terms of checking them, adding
to them, etc. On the other hand, covering all countries and major cities of the world
(approx. 500 articles?) does not seem such a bad idea. However, for the moment, scn.wiki
is quite happy to continue plodding along at our unspectacular, but steady, rate.

Well, what should the people from a smaller Wikipedia do to become a
testing place for the new project? I am ready to cooperate about the
Ossetic (and probably also Chuvash and Udmurt) wikipedia. Really,
thousands of new articles might be a not so good idea, but creating
stubs about all countries and probably about the largest cities of the
world sounds good.
So, what is the algorythm?
