Heavens no! We should only be using interlanguage links to interlink Wikipedia
encyclopedia language versions. Everything else should either be an inline
intralink within the same language version or an inline external link to a
non-wikipedia encyclopedia page.
The magic interlanguage links (which appear at the top of the screen in
a list by language name instead of inline) are *only* for the language
links, and *only* on the encyclopedic wikis. They are a magic subset of
interwiki links which behave funny because it's useful to us.
Interwiki links to meta and sep11 from the encyclopedia wikis are *not*
magic interlanguage links. Links to any language encyclopedia wiki from
meta or sep11 are *not* magic inter-language links. They appear as
inline links, and I wouldn't imagine suggesting anything else.
