ok, then we gotta find out who would do this, and

madpenguin .org's example, here is what they placed on their main page
after being dos attacked...., it appears they took it down, but it was
along the lines of: Could whoever is attacking us please come forward,
if you don't we will be forced to retaliate, but if you do and explain
your reasons we will wipe the slate clean and resolve the problem.
Thankyou for not being a coward.
It was really effective, the attacks ceased, and I presume they
contacted the attacker and resolved the issue.
We already know who is doing it. It's a Telekom user from Mannheim.
Judging by his repeated declarations of responsibility and the absence
of a denial, it's very likely it is the Telekom user from Mannheim we
know as "Wik". Wik has 22,000 edits and has been active with the project
for about a year. Considering the state of discussions before he made
the transition from contributor to vandal, I think it would be better if
we focused our efforts on liason with his ISP and legal action, rather
than discussion.
