Sorry, but what is the point?
Ho-lo-oe speakers may contribute to
zh.wikipedia.org because she/he is
multilingual and understand written Mandarin and choose to contribute to
zh.wikipedia.org. She/he can also contribute to other wikipedias if she/he
can write in those languages.
