Now that headers become even more important:
H3 and H4 are almost indistinguisable
(at least on Explorer 6 default settings).
This is quite confusing. A reason why many writers prefer
'''bold'''
text for headers lower than H3.
Also the font size for the headers is quite large.
Small paragraphs with huge headers is quite ugly.
