May be someone from us should have deep look into this issue. To me, it seems that if we put only the cover image, it should be ok... I wonder how Amazon / ebay deals with this issue..

At present just to avoid any consequences, let us refrain from breaking any law and at the same time check for the solution.

Technically it may creat copyright issue , however if only book cover is displayed and not the content then it serves more as publicity of the book , so I do not think any author will challenge it .

જો આપણે કોઇ લેખકના પુસ્તકનાં કવરનો ફોટો વિકિપીડિઆ (કે કોમન્સ)માં અપલોડ
કરીએ તો એ કોપીરાઇટનો ભંગ કહેવાય કે ના કહેવાય? આ પ્રન્ન તમે
લાગતા-વળગતાં મેઇલિંગ લિસ્ટ પર ફોર્વડ કરી શકો છો, અથવા એ માટેનું લિસ્ટ
મને જણાવવા વિનંતી. જો અહીં જ ઉત્તર મળે તો ઉત્તમ!
