First of all thank you very much for writing to me. It was in fact good that you wrote this mail in English as even I can't read Gujarati from my mobile.

You're absolutely right that we should share the topics and create articles jointly. And for that reason only I have proposed creation of projects & task forces. You can see that on chotaro.

Without any such formal setup also, we indeed are contributing jointly wherever there is a user with knowledge of that subject. See the article Ghanchi, which is jointly prepared by hamza and myself.

This has always not been possible because when a new comer starts to contribute, he/she is very possessive about own writings. I have often ended up in such cinflicts. The most recent one with Tekina you can see everywhere, on chotaro, my and his talk pages, few talkpages of articles as well as my mailbox. I am really proud of you that instead of being possessive you approached me and are willing to include other users as contributors.

Secondly, the issue is with our community size. There are not many regular contributors today on wiki, everyone is working on the choosen/preferred field of their interest.

Lastly, subject knowledge. We don't seem to have many users with interest and/or knowledge of that field. That's what mate those articles lacking more contributors.

Now, I don't care for the first reason. In wikipedia one should not be thinking of own and self, its a common platform. Lets wish that our community grows and we have more users with subject interest.

Till than, I can do one thing and promise you to work jointly on those topics. To begin with, we can start with expanding some of the articles with contents from english wikipedia. We can take the first para (introduction) from en.wiki and translate them. And we should go one by one.
