We will be supporting this event(s). Please help Sucheta, Rangan and Jayanta mobilize more Kolkata based Wikipedians (and potential Wikipedians) to attend this.

1) We will be reimbursing Harsh's travel to and fro to Kolkata for this event as part of CIS-A2K support. Please get in touch with our Accounts Officer Ms. Usha who is copied here.
2) Please kindly acknowledge CIS for supporting this event. You can find our logo at www.cis-india.org. :-)
3) It would be nice if you could send us couple of blogs about the event which can be put up on CIS website. Please touch base with Prasad, who is copied on this. We would encourage Harsh and Yuvi to also write separate blogs based on their experience or learnings from the event and how you all see sustaining the momentum you have created through the Media Wiki workshop. Please feel free to use these write-ups in any other location on or off the web. Visit www.cis-india.org to see a sample of our blogs.
4) It will be useful if you actively involve as many Bengali wikipedians (even remotely if possible) as possible in this, so that you will help build an interface with the interested tech guys and content contributors. Bengali Wikipedia needs a major boost. Also Bengal related content on en.wikipedia needs lot more additions. Do also focus on on-wiki activities please.
5) Do  not hesitate to touch base with me or anyone else on CIS-A2K team if you need any clarifications or support.
