Not exactly a vote is needed. A strawpoll to get a general idea of where the community in general lies, however, is in order.

I'm going to be created a page on Wikinews (a project page) about this whole debacle where the whole dispute about israel vs palestine will be hosted so all the discussion will be centralized.
