There is already a click counter for the toolserver in existance. It
is set up for german wikinews. I have been trying to get it setup for
the en wikinews (I think Zaninum also tried, but don't quote me on
that), but I have not been sucessful in contacting the user who made
the tool, and sort of gave up. See Wikicharts <
